
The Mason Farmyard is a small family owned business set on rural land amongst traditional market gardens and native bush. Our products are hand made using fruit and vegetables from our own property or surrounding locally grown produce where available, or alternatively from the Nannup fruit growing region of Western Australia. The goal of the Mason Farmyard is to provide a quality product of real value, that has no artificial flavourings or preservatives providing the great taste of pure fresh Fruit and Vegetables. We even use fresh garlic and ginger in place of processed alternatives, ensuring no artificial flavourings or preservatives are introduced into our products. All our products are hand made in small batches to retain flavour and are then carefully packaged and labeled. Our labeling clearly shows all ingredients and quantities used in our products to ensure all our customers are not affected by allergies or unknown ingredients in our product range. Some of our Jams have been developed low in sugar and we are currently changing our ingredients to cater for Celiac's using white spirit vinegar and gluten free flour. As a family owned company the Mason farmyard understand Health and Integrity issues and pride ourselves in producing Jams, Pickles and Chutneys with the same high qualities produced by our forefathers. Using real fresh fruit and vegetables, cooked in the early traditions we grew up to enjoy. Our product lines have become extremely popular and have taken several rewards in the Perth Royal Show 2005. |
